Tegan Towel 3.0

As a company, we believe in complete honesty and transparency, and so we want you to be aware of the problems we're aware of so far, so here's the list:

1) Not super soft - In our development, we realized that the softest and thickest towels just move water around without absorbing much of it. In creating Tegan, we chose absorption over texture.

2) Fibers can come out - Since we chose to go with the waffle structure rather than standard terry, the strings are exposed, and so there's a chance you could pull them up. If/when you snag the towel, the strings usually go back in place; otherwise, you can cut it. Either way, it shouldn't be a big deal.

Effortless Returns - Like with all our products, if you don't love it, you can return it within 30 days (opened, limited to one per order) or 100 days (unopened) for a refund, and we'll only ask a few questions. Refunds will be issued to original payment method.

Fast Exchange - If the size, color, or something doesn't work for you, no worries, email us and we'll be happy to do an exchange for you if our inventory permits.

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty - If we did something wrong during production, you shouldn't have to pay the price, so we'll happily give you a free replacement when it's our mistake.

If you're ordering from outside the United States, please remember that your country might charge an import tax, plus we cannot cover the shipping for returns/exchanges, so consider that before placing the order.
