The waistband can fold over
This is the one we hear most. On some bodies the waistband rolls or folds over itself, especially early on. We reworked the band on newer pairs and many people found it settled, but it is worth knowing going in.
The fit runs snug
These sit closer than a typical pair, and a few customers found the legs ride up or the size ran tight. If you are between sizes or want a roomier feel, size up, and grab the extra size on Sport styles like the site suggests.
Support is on the lighter side
If you are used to a structured pouch, these lean minimal. A handful of customers wanted more support under tight jeans or for higher activity, so a lot depends on what you are coming from.
Freshness varies from body to body

If you want it to last years, wash it in cold water, without fabric softeners or any of that marketing BS. Dry on low or medium heat, or hang dry. That's basically it. No special treatment needed.
