  • Q: I ordered a Pre-ordered item, do you send updates?
  • A: Generally speaking, we don't send updates on pre-ordered items. We know most of our customers are very busy individuals, so we limit how many emails we send out. Now, if you're worried about your item, well, trust us - we've never failed to deliver a pre-order before, and you won't be the first.
  • Q: I received an X-Small not a Small mask
  • A: Small and X-Small are the same sizes, just labeled differently 
  • Q: My package hasn't shipped yet, it's been two days
  • A: Due to high demand, it sometimes takes us five days to mail out orders
  • Q: Can I exchange my order? 
  • A: Yes, but if you order more than one item, please try as few as possible so the rest remain unopened in case you need an exchange. 

Refunds, returns, and exchange policy

Customers have a 30-day window to utilize our "some" questions asked return policy. After the 30 days, we expect a great joke and a decent reason for the return to be considered/accepted. To request a return, refund, or exchange, just email us. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
