Effortless Returns - Like with all our products, if you don't love it, you can return it within 30 days (opened, limited to one per order) or 100 days (unopened) for a refund, and we'll only ask a few questions. Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
Fast Exchange - If the size, color, or something doesn't work for you, no worries, email us and we'll be happy to do an exchange for you if our inventory permits.
Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty - If we did something wrong during production, you shouldn't have to pay the price, so we'll happily give you a free replacement when it's our mistake.
If you're ordering from outside the United States, please remember that your country might charge an import tax, plus we cannot cover the shipping for returns/exchanges, so consider that before placing the order.
For the classy few that have left flat sheets behind and upgraded their life to duvet covers, we're very excited to offer you the duvet cover that will go with the sheets of your dreams. Now, keep in mind that multiple versions of Jax Sheets might have the same color name but the shade could be slightly different since they're made in different factories using different materials, so trying to match the duvet color of one version of Jax Sheets to another version will probably not work. We strongly recommend you stick to the version you picked and the color that goes with it; otherwise, maybe choose a different version of the duvet cover to go with the color you ordered in a different version.
