With evolution comes challenges and adaptation. Much like human evolution, product and technology advancement comes through trial and error, learning and processing. What others might see as drawbacks, we see as necessary challenges to overcome. One challenge that we overcame this year at Hercleon ended up being the sizing of these shirts as the neck opening is wider than our other shirts, leaving people wondering why the change. This is why we made a new batch of shirts with regular neck sizing and have been selling those instead. We did not anticipate the sizing change but took full accountability for it, through this experience we learned to double check and communicate with our factory even more to ensure that we are on top of every single detail.
These shirts are the same fabric as our regular HercShirt 3.0 Short Sleeve Shirts, the only difference is the bigger neck size. Once sold out they will not longer be made/available.
We are very grateful for these shirts as they allowed us to explore a new blend of fibers, continuing our path towards the best fiber experience possible. We were not planning to sell this product because of the neck size, but now we see that the world is a vast place and what some might not enjoy, others may prefer and love! So that is why we are opening up this new section on the Hercleon site for our "Imperfect" Items - because just like in humans, one person might see imperfection, but we know that everyone is perfect just as they are.
1) Oils cause stains: Due to the material being so soft and delicate, if you stain it with oil based foods, sweat, or fabric softeners, it stains. Thankfully, this stain can be removed by pre-washing the shirt.
2) Not great for working out: The Apollo was designed for casual/light activity, so it's not ideal for super sweaty activity.
3) Your sweat can make it change: Copper has a unique ability to oxide based on your sweat. In the last few years we've sold thousands of shirts to hundreds of people all around the world and we've had less than five people whose diet caused their shirt to change colors. It's highly unlikely to happen, but it's possible.
The simplified form is: 30 Days, up to 1 opened item per order and email to request the return then confirmation when its been shipped.
